Terms & Conditions
For Bookings
Before you book a show..
Booking Policy
- All bookings for the show fall under these Terms and Conditions and are legally binding. Absence of alternative terms makes these T&C - an ultimate contractual obligation between both parties - an artist and a booker
- All gig bookings should be agreed and confirmed in writing specifying the rate, date, and time for the show including the information about set up and equipment
- It is responsibility of the booker to request specific material for the show, allocate times of the sets specifying the sound equipment required in writing in advance
- It is responsibility of the venue to make sure all necessary requirements for the sound have been met and the time allocated for the soundcheck taken into consideration
- It is responsibility of the artist to bring all agreed in advance equipment and do the soundcheck on the day and deliver the content agreed in advance
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings operate on One week and 48 hours cancellation policy
- One week cancellation policy means there will be no cancellation fee if a gig is cancelled seven days prior to the show and none of the parties are liable
- 48 hours cancellation policy means there will be no cancellation fee if a gig is cancelled two days in advance and transferred to another more convenient day
- Cancellation fee of a full gig rate agreed in advance is paid in full to the artist by a booker if the gig is cancelled without any valid reason less than 48 hours as a compensation to the artist for losses incurred. This fee covers the artist's losses such as lost income, administrative costs and the cost of turning down other potential bookings
- In case of last minute cancellation of the booking with circumstances beyond anyone's control such as weather condition or electricity problems, with a definite date of the replacement gig - there will be no cancellation fee
- In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control should the artist is unable to attend any shows booked and confirmed in advance - a mutual agreement between both parties should be reached in advance to maintain the integrity of both parties
- Any additional terms and conditions to the ones above should be discussed in advance in writing before the confirmation of the booking and at a discretion of both parties
