Before you book a show..

Booking Policy

  1. All bookings for the show fall under these Terms and Conditions and are legally binding 1.1 Absence of alternative terms makes these T&C - ultimate contractual obligations between both parties - an artist and a venue
  2. All gig bookings or the change should be agreed by both parties in advance and confirmed in writing specifying the rate, date, and time for the show including the information about set up and equipment 
  3. It is responsibility of the venue to present a safe place for the performance and in accordance to that specify the sound equipment required for the show in writing together with material for the show, allocating times for each set, in advance
  4. It is responsibility of the artist to bring all agreed in advance equipment, arrange a stage  in accordance to the agreed by both parties set up, and do the soundcheck on the day to deliver the agreed content during agreed time frames to the best standards
  5. In the absence of agreed in advance by both parties in writing specifications for the show mentioned above the artist is not liable for any miscarriages
  6. All Performance Set up Specifications fall under the Health & Safety Regulations and any presented risk exposure to the artist's health & safety by the venue will not be tolerated, in which case the artist reserves the right to not carry out the show should any unfixable threat of health & safety is detected during the set up imposed directly by the venue 
  7. If the venue cannot provide a safe space for the agreed in advance performance on the day of the show - the venue is directly liable for the loss of that gig and is obliged to cover the artist's full gig rate on that day plus a compensation for any damages if applies

Gig Rates in Cyprus

1. One hour gig in small venues such as bars and cafes includes 15 min set up and 45min set of live playing (vocals with guitar and/or backing tracks) and is €100 charged by the artist to the venue

2. Two hour gig of 45min each is  €150

3. Three hour gig of 45min each is €200 

4. Restaurants fee of €50 is added on the top of above rates for any such bookings

5. Holiday fee of €100 is added on the top of all above listed rates - if a show falls under the festive seasons such as Christmas, New Year or Easter or National Holidays

6. Function fee of €200 is added on the top of all above listed rates - if a show is a cooperative function, a private event such as birthday or a wedding


7. The artist is registered as a musician in Cyprus and the tax of 19% will be added to the bill

Cancellation Policy 

 1. All bookings operate on ONE week cancellation policy meaning there will be no cancellation fee if a gig is cancelled by the venue in writing seven days prior to the show

2. Cancellation fee of a gig rate which is agreed in advance is paid to the artist by the venue in full if the gig is cancelled by the venue without any written confirmation, any valid respectful reason or replacement gig offer within the same week as a compensation to the artist for losses incurred.  This fee covers the artist's losses such as time invested into preparation, lost income, administrative costs and the cost of turning down other potential bookings 

3. In case of last minute cancellation of the booking with circumstances beyond anyone's control such as the world's crisis, with a definite date of the replacement gig during the same month - there will be no cancellation fee, otherwise 50% of agreed rate is payable to the artist as a compensation

4. As per clause 7 stated in the Booking Policy above, the venue is liable for any lost gig due to the unsafe space provided for the gig or any involuntary exposure to the threat of health & safety of the artist during the set up for any agreed in advance performance

5. Any additional reasonable terms and conditions to the ones above should be discussed in advance and confirmed in writing by both parties in amicable agreement before the gig. An absence of such advance agreement by both parties does not oblige the artist to comply

Privacy Policy

  1. This website collects data such as IP addresses for security reasons, navigation data to enhance your website experience using cookies. The data that the user personally provides us with by filling in the forms on this site, by purchasing the product from this site, or emailing us directly so that we may contact you directly is protected under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is not shared with any third parties
  2. Emails submitted by visitors are added manually to our Mailing List and you may occasionally get the Newsletter from us, from which you may unsubscribe at any time, should you wish to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights
  3. Most public gigs and shows are photo and video documented by amateur and professional means and used for promotional use of an artist in all social media. If the venue wishes to keep the footage from event private - it should be agreed in advance

Updates

  1. This site reserves the right to update these policies on a regular basis in accordance to external regulations and legislations
  2. It it your responsibility to request a copy of these terms to be sent to your email directly, should you wish to have it directly from us otherwise feel free to screenshot it as your own copy at the time you are agreeing to these terms for your own records
  3. Should any vital T&C updates is to take place (this excludes any text editing for gramma purposes, elaboration or clarification of the earlier stated clauses) a notification will be emailed to all parties who requested a copy from us directly
